Reflections, digital video and audio installation, an interactive installation allowing the user to play/perform video media generated by reflective surfaces found in urban environments. The media was 'played' to a soundtrack with proximity sensors that measured the disturbance of an electromagnetic field. The work explores re-presented elements of the built environment and a pre-existing instrument, the theramin, to deliver an experience that redresses the user’s everyday experience of reflective surfaces.
